    • Ensuring timely and accurate execution of core HR processes (onboarding, lifecycle changes, exits)
    • Acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters
    • Strengthening governance, process consistency, and operational reliability across HR delivery
    • Supporting the transition of transactional activities into Shared Services with clear ownership and SLA management
    • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.

    • Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders

    Global Talent & Performance

Beyond country HR leadership, you will contribute to global talent practices across the organization.

    • Support implementation and improvement of performance management frameworks including review cycles, calibration, manager enablement, and communication strategies
    • Support and run talent review cycles and succession planning processes that improve leadership visibility and bench strength
    • Partner with managers to support development planning and strengthen team capability

    • Experience building or managing performance management, talent review, or succession planning processes
    • Strong business partnership and stakeholder management capability
    • Proven ability to manage core HR operations, including payroll coordination and employee administration, with high attention to detail
    • Hands-on, pragmatic approach with willingness to be close to the day-to-day reality of the business
    • High learning agility with a continuous improvement mindset
    • Ability to coach and influence managers effectively on performance, people decisions, and day-to-day team challenges
    • Ability to operate confidently across both strategic and operational HR environments

    Who Will Thrive Here

You are proactive, structured and comfortable operating in environments where not everything is fully defined yet.

You bring calmness to complexity credibility in conversations with managers and local leaders, and discipline to execution. You know how to balance compliance with pragmatism, global consistency with local realities, and strategic thinking with operational delivery.

You are comfortable switching between operational execution and broader improvement work, and you take pride in getting the fundamentals right.
