Senior Operations Manager/ AVP Operations

Qualifications
Graduation in any stream (Preferably Commerce graduate)
MBA Finance (Desirable)

Location
New Delhi

Key Responsibilities 
 Will lead/coordinate with operations teams at different cities
 Overall day to day operational responsibility
 Merchant Onboarding within TAT
 Defining and documenting business processes related to all aspects of merchant services (sales support, merchant applications, on-boarding, chargebacks, technical issues, fraud prevention etc.).
 Reconciliation of Nodal Bank Accounts
 Will be responsible for the various processes – data management, interaction with various client entities, billing, customer operations, etc
 Making day-to-day decisions related to the merchant services operations.
 Will coordinate with different banks / companies/Merchants
 Weekly & Monthly reporting on overall business performance

Work Experience 
 Min of 6-12 years, preferably in operations in a Payment Gateway, Bank, NBFC
 Expert Knowledge of operational processes
 Understanding of all operational items related to merchant processing including settlements, fraud prevention, chargebacks, etc.
 Should have a strong understanding of payment processing rules, regulations, and industry standards
 Candidate should have a risk-based approach / mindset to solving problems
 Skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize key deliverables and work in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
 Strong analytical, mathematical and reporting skills.
 Excellent written and oral communication skills.
