Develop a portfolio of trusted carrier partners that can support recurring and future freight opportunities.
Maintain frequent communication with carriers throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Monitor pickup and delivery activity, address service risks, and resolve issues before they affect the customer.
Use market data, load boards, and transportation technology to identify capacity and make informed pricing decisions.
Ensure carriers meet Sage Freight’s safety, insurance, and compliance standards.
Accurately document carrier activity, shipment updates, rates, and service information within the transportation management system.
Collaborate with customer operations, account management, and sales to deliver a seamless experience for carriers and customers.
What You’ll Bring

Confidence initiating outbound calls and building new professional relationships.
A competitive, results-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
The ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative approach to problem-solving and customer service.
Accountability, professionalism, and consistent follow-through.
