This role is critical for maintaining continuity, handling escalations, and preparing operations for the daytime US team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in US logistics dispatch or afterhours/overnight operations
• Strong knowledge of Dry Van freight operations
• Familiarity with DAT load board, TMS systems, and dispatch tools
• Proven ability to work independently in low-supervision environments
• Strong real-time problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to manage workload during off-peak, high-responsibility shifts
