Role Overview

This role supports the smooth operation of the Dedicated fleet by providing weekend dispatch coverage while keeping essential administrative and reporting work up to date. The role is responsible for monitoring active loads, communicating with drivers and customers, resolving urgent operational issues, and booking freight through DAT and other load board platforms. Outside of live coverage, the position supports driver payroll calculations, maintenance and insurance tracking, customer KPI reporting, and contract documentation. This role helps prevent weekend operational backlogs while ensuring recurring administrative work is completed without impacting weekday dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekend dispatch coverage for the Dedicated fleet, monitor active loads, and respond to urgent driver and customer issues.
• Book and manage freight through DAT and other load board platforms based on account requirements.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to address operational needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Build and maintain driver payroll calculations, including deductions and other applicable adjustments.
• Maintain accurate insurance records and track required documentation for Dedicated accounts.
• Track vehicle maintenance activities, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure records remain current.
• Compile and maintain customer KPI and performance reports.
• Track contracts, agreements, and other administrative documentation for Dedicated accounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation operations, or a related field.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with a TMS platform such as LoadOps or similar.
• Familiarity with DAT or other load board platforms.
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, including the ability to manage detailed calculations.
• Exposure to payroll, driver pay calculations, deductions, or related administrative work.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Must be able to work onsite in our Divine Gardens, Lahore office.
• Ability to manage workload during off-peak, high-responsibility shifts.
