We are looking for a detail-oriented and insight-driven Pricing Analyst to support pricing and operational activities for assigned customers.This role involves preparing and submitting customer pricing, managing schedule changes, coordinating with internal Operations teams, and ensuring accurate profitability and billing reconciliations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with large volumes of data, and able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and customer contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare pricing for assigned customers based on customer requirements and established processes.
- Submit pricing accurately and within required customer timelines.
- Manage customer emails, requests, and follow-ups to ensure timely communication and resolution.
- Coordinate with the Operations team regarding pricing, schedule changes, and customer requirements.
- Perform monthly profitability and billing reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare reports and conduct analysis on bids received, pricing activity, processes, and customer/company information.
- Maintain accurate pricing, customer, and operational records.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly for data analysis and reconciliation.
- Ability to manage and process large volumes of data efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate directly with customers.
