This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving efficient load coverage, protecting profitability, developing carrier relationships, and coaching team members to improve operational performance.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced freight brokerage environment, demonstrates strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and takes ownership of daily execution and team results.
