St. Mary Nazareth Cardiology Clinic in Chicago, Illinois, is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to join our dynamic Cardiology team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cardiovascular health and work closely with cardiologists to deliver high-quality patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000-130,000 on an annualized basis.
