You will be an integral part of the organization where you will be a critical voice in the decision-making process. **Website :** **LinkedIn :** \ \ **About the Role**\ We are looking for a **Tech Lead** who is a strong hands-on engineer, an effective technical leader, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.\ \ **What You'll Do** * Make sound decisions around architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. * Remain deeply hands-on with the codebase and contribute to critical product initiatives. * Take ownership of technically challenging and business-critical projects. * Lead and mentor a team of engineers and help them grow technically. * Take end-to-end ownership of projects from requirement understanding through design, development, deployment, and monitoring. * Build systems and processes from the ground up rather than relying on established enterprise processes. * Be comfortable wearing multiple hats and solving problems beyond a defined job description. ### **Must Have** * 6–8 years of software engineering experience, with significant hands-on development experience. * 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership capacity. * Strong understanding of DSA, OOP, databases, APIs, distributed systems, system design, and software engineering fundamentals. * Strong hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade applications. * Proven experience owning architecture and technical decisions for products or large engineering initiatives. * Strong experience with backend and frontend development, with the ability to understand and contribute across the stack. * Strong understanding of engineering quality, testing, security, scalability, and performance. * Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. * Strong startup experience or demonstrated ability to operate in a startup-like environment.
