Job Summary:

TechSource, a Salas O'Brien company, is seeking a full-time Inventory Specialist to support Los Alamos National Laboratory's (LANL) Scorpius project in Los Alamos, New Mexico. This fully on-site role supports warehouse and inventory operations through stock pulling, part-kit assembly and storage, material tracking, and purchasing support.

Responsibilities:

• Pull stock from inventory and track warehouse products, parts, and materials needed for project work.
• Assemble part kits accurately using available inventory and project requirements.
• Store completed part kits and maintain organized warehouse locations for parts and components.
• Support planning and status activities associated with part-kit assemblies and material availability.
• Support purchasing of new materials by identifying inventory needs and coordinating material requests with project personnel.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2-8 years of warehouse experience using a forklift.
• Forklift certification is required; the certification does not need to be currently active at the time of application.
• 2-8 years of experience using an inventory management software system and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to move, walk, and work easily in warehouse environments with parts and components.
• Ability to meet deadlines, solve problems, and work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience handling laboratory equipment, delicate components, or other sensitive items is preferred.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Los Alamos, New Mexico.

Travel: This position requires full-time on-site work in Los Alamos, New Mexico.

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected base salary range for this full-time role is $60,000 - $100,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
