Job Title: Slot Technician I (varied shift)

Reports To: Slot Technology Manager
Summary
Provides prompt and courteous guest service as it relates to slot machines and slot system components. The Slot Technician I will support slot technical staff on projects, routine maintenance and periodic inventories. This position is responsible for cleaning machines and peripheral gaming equipment which includes updating software on validators and printers. Every Technician is to follow all company policies and departmental procedures and is responsible for adhering to State and Tribal compliance based on Compact Standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities
These positions have no supervisory responsibilities.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED required. Basic technical or gaming experience preferred.
Computer Skills
Must have basic PC skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Operating Systems.
Other Qualifications
Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
