Senior Commissioning Engineer - Electrical/Mechanical

*Project locations will vary across the EU. Candidates should be prepared to work away from home but can be based in locations such as the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, France and Poland*

In your role as Senior Commissioning Engineer, you will:

• Lead as the Lead/Senior CxA (Commissioning Agent) / CxM (Commissioning Manager) on mission-critical projects – you will be a key figure throughout the entire process! This includes leading meetings, conducting technical workshops, and efficiently managing mechanically focused issues within our projects.
• Develop and review inspection and test scripts with an eye for detail and quality.
• Be responsible for signing off and approving Cx-scripts to ensure everything is delivered to the highest standard.
• Review and optimize design solutions to ensure they meet our stringent requirements.
• Analyze root causes (RCA), solve problems, and troubleshoot – you will be a top-tier problem solver, ensuring that the project progresses smoothly without obstacles.

We are looking for someone who has:

• An electrical or mechanical bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Solid technical knowledge in electrical or mechanical systems such as cooling, HVAC, and BMS – you are experienced in working with these systems at an advanced level.
• A long and successful background as a Commissioning Agent/Manager, preferably within the Data Center industry, where you have gained a deep understanding of what is required to deliver complex projects.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken – this is essential for effective communication within our international team and with our global clients.
