Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford is looking for a Service Cashier / Accounts Receivable Collections professional to join our team! We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with customers, handling financial transactions, and keeping accounts accurate and organized.

What You'll Do
- Greet and assist service customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Process customer payments by cash, check, credit card, and other approved methods.
- Review repair orders and invoices for accuracy.
- Answer customer questions regarding charges, invoices, and account balances.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records.
- Balance the cashier drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on past-due balances.
- Contact customers and business accounts regarding unpaid invoices.
- Post and apply payments accurately.
- Research and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate A/R records and collection documentation.
- Work closely with Service, Parts, and Accounting departments to resolve account issues.
- Assist with month-end A/R reconciliation and reporting.
- Escalate disputed or significantly delinquent accounts to management.
