We are currently seeking a motivated and Must have EXPERIENCE as Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned sales department and drive profitability while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Position Summary:

The Used Car Manager is responsible for overseeing the dealership’s pre-owned vehicle operations. This includes managing inventory, appraising trades, setting competitive pricing, leading the used car sales team, and ensuring the department meets or exceeds sales and gross profit goals.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle department. · Appraise trade-ins accurately and fairly to maximize profitability while remaining competitive. · Manage used car inventory, ensuring vehicles are marketable and priced effectively. · Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume and gross objectives. · Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure performance goals are met. · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business. · Work with the General Manager and Finance team to maximize profitability. · Monitor market trends, auction values, and industry developments to adjust strategies. · Ensure all vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards before sale. · Maintain compliance with dealership policies, state, and federal regulations.
