SECRETARY

• High school level of knowledge.

• Associates degree in secretarial science or graduate of post-secondary business school preferred.

• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and graphics software, with minimum typing speed of 50 wpm with 90% accuracy.

• Ability to compose correspondence and proof assignments to ensure accuracy of documents.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required.

• Detail attentiveness required.

• Individual must be self-motivated and willing to self-direct.

• Previous experience in a health care environment preferred.

• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy.

• Able to work efficiently and effectively under time constraints.

• Familiar with medical terminology, self- motivated and directed.
