About the Role

The Affordable Housing Service Coordinator is a people-focused role supporting residents in independent housing communities. You’ll connect individuals—primarily seniors and those with disabilities—to the services they need to remain safe, stable, and independent.

This role offers a flexible 20-hour schedule based on your availability:

Key Responsibilities

• Connect residents to community resources and supportive services
• Assist with daily living needs such as insurance, budgeting, and in-home care coordination
• Assess resident needs and help develop service plans
• Support residents with applications and advocate on their behalf
• Coordinate wellness and enrichment programs
• Maintain resident records and required documentation
• Build relationships with community providers and partners
• Collaborate with property management to support a positive living environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred
• Knowledge of HUD programs and community resources is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and advocacy skills
• Compassionate and service-oriented approach
