E-commerce Executive

1. Handle day-to-day e-commerce operations and logistics-related matters, including managing return, exchange and refund cases.
2. Ensure that promotional activities are properly executed, implemented on time and communicated to the relevant teams.

3. Prepare and update product listings, pricing and promotions across online platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, the company’s monosite, and any other future platforms.

4. Support and coordinate livestreaming activities across marketplaces, including the planning and execution of livestreaming campaigns to drive sales, customer engagement and brand visibility.

5. Stay updated on livestreaming, social commerce trends, tools and platform features to identify opportunities to improve e-commerce performance.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information, stock availability and visual assets are accurate and up to date.
7. Monitor and record sales performance across all e-commerce platforms and provide regular updates and reports when required.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and resolve identified system issues or bugs.
9. Ensure all online shops comply with marketplace policies, guidelines and requirements.
10. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer issues.
11. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce, livestreaming, social commerce or digital marketing will have an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge or interest in e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop and Zalora. Knowledge of Salesforce and Salsify would be an added advantage.
• Experience or interest in livestreaming and social commerce would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in basic design tools such as Canva.
• Knowledge of Order Management System (OMS), SAP and DocuWare would be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external parties.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and a good team player.
• Detail-oriented, organised and willing to learn new e-commerce platforms, systems and technologies.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
