Role and Responsibilities

The Executive PM Director leads strategy and execution for SEA Display Hardware and Software products with a focus on B2B markets, including LCD Signage, Indoor LED, Hospitality TV, and Software & Services. This role exists to drive innovation and market leadership by overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering cutting-edge display solutions tailored to enterprise clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B product strategies for LCD Signage, Indoor LED, Hospitality TV, and Software & Services to drive market growth and competitive advantage in the enterprise display sector.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution tailored to B2B client needs.
• Analyze B2B market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the display technology sector.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align B2B product strategies with overall business objectives and corporate vision, with a focus on scalable enterprise solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in product performance, user experience, and operational efficiency for B2B clients, leveraging AI, IoT, and other emerging technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on B2B markets in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale product initiatives across LCD Signage, Indoor LED, Hospitality TV, and Software & Services.
• Strong understanding of AI, IoT, and emerging technologies applicable to B2B enterprise solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level and enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience driving successful product launches in competitive B2B markets.
