Role Summary
We’re a small but rapidly growing Shared Services Center (SSC) in Bratislava, and we are looking for a Billing Specialist & Analyst to join our team. As a Billing Specialist & Analyst, you will be a key player in managing our billing process, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and up to date. If you have experience in billing, accounting, and/or financial reporting, and enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive environment, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices accurately in our internal systems
- Verifying and resolving discrepancies in invoices
- Managing the payment process for all supplier invoices
- Collaborating with logistics service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Using MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports
- Assisting with monthly closing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or related field
- At least 1 years of experience in accounting, billing,
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent Slovak and intermediate English (B2) – both spoken and written
- Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
