Managing and reconciling AP/AR rates and FSC, including discrepancy handling and billing status tracking.
Supporting billing processes and settling trailer usage, penalties and other extra costs.
Managing CMRs and billing documents, and coordinating with customers, carriers and internal departments.
Preparing financial, logistics and KPI reports and dashboards, with focus on data accuracy and trends.
Optimizing billing and logistics processes and identifying automation and efficiency opportunities.
Supporting transportation processes, documentation and settlements through relevant internal systems.
Experience: 3 + years relevant experience (air, ocean and road transportation) Experience preferably both in billing and logistics

Advanced MS Excel skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good numerical and financial understanding
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate root causes
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Process-oriented mindset
Business English – written and spoken
Experience with ERP/TMS or other logistics systems is an advantage
