Role Summary

Oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations Samsung SDS in relation with External Business Companies. Ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Daily operations tasks and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods based on the Import and Export Key Indicators
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations on daily basis.
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively between all Parties.
• Supervise orders and arrange transportation of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Ad hoc tasks which are defined by direct supervisor
• Preparing statistical reports, ad-hoc reports

Requirements

Qualification: High School Graduation

Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience. Experience in customer service will be appreciated.

Other skills: Computer skills (MS Office), flexible, good problem solving ability, good communication skills in English (both written and oral), independent, precise personality. Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements. Knowledge of logistics software. Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
