The P&O Reporting Analyst will support the delivery of people data and reporting solutions tP&Oough Workday. The role is responsible for extracting reports, fulfilling stakeholder reporting requests, developing and maintaining Workday reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting reporting operations across the organization.
This role is ideal for an individual with strong analytical skills who is interested in P&O data, reporting, and Workday.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Extraction
- Extract scheduled and ad hoc reports from Workday to support business and P&O requirements.
- Manage stakeholder requests for employee, organizational, compensation, talent, and workforce-related data.
- Deliver reports accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Validate report outputs before sharing with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and data-sharing guidelines.
Report Development & Maintenance
- Develop, modify, and maintain Workday reports based on business requirements.
- Support the creation and enhancement of Workday reports.
- Troubleshoot report issues and investigate data discrepancies.
- Perform testing and validation of new and modified reports before deployment.
- Assist with Workday reporting enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with P&O, Business, Finance, and other functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Translate stakeholder needs into reporting solutions.
- Provide guidance on available reports and self-service reporting capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding report status, timelines, and outcomes.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting activities.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving reporting efficiency and data quality.
- Stay updated on Workday reporting functionality and best practices.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, P&O operations, or data management.
- Exposure to Workday reporting is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Workday reporting.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Ability to analyse, validate, and interpret data.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to P&O systems such as Workday.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing processes.
- Understanding of P&O data structures and metrics.
