    Location: Cambridge, MA

    About the Job

The Senior Manager, US Corporate Social Media plays a pivotal role in bringing Sanofi’s corporate brand to life across social channels in the United States. This position supports our corporate social media strategy across Meta, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn, optimizing efforts that reinforce our commitment to patients, communities, and our people while advancing Sanofi's business priorities. As a creative and strategic communicator with experience developing and executing social media campaigns, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, and operations — bringing above-brand/corporate storytelling to life through creative conception, content execution, and cross-functional partnership. Reporting to the Head of Social Media as part of the US Communications team, this individual will serve as a trusted partner to global digital counterparts and cross-functional stakeholders. This role is hybrid, 3 days in-office, based out of Cambridge, MA.

    • Work with internal business partners (therapeutic areas, corporate reputation, People & Culture, global counterparts) and supporting agencies to understand social media needs and help develop strategies to bring ideas to life on social channels

    • Develop and execute creative content that ranges in size and format – from static graphics to videos

    • Develop and own above-brand/corporate influencer playbook and process documentation, serving as a centralized resource for cross-functional teams

    • Take ownership of managing US workflows in a centralized Customer Experience Management tool, including oversight of campaign set-up, adherence to processes and cross-team coordination

    • Collaborate with global social media counterparts to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across global corporate channels

    • Monitor campaign performance and contribute learnings to optimize future social media initiatives

    • Support social media employee training and education

    • Evaluate and recommend new social media formats, approaches and technologies to enhance Sanofi’s social presence

    About you

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of creative strategic thinking and execution (management of social campaigns from strategy to reporting, social-first video shooting, editing, publishing)

    • Experience managing influencer partnerships and campaigns (HCPs/DOLs, patients, influencers/content creators)

    • Experience with paid social amplification strategy and working alongside media/paid social teams

    • Strong understanding of social channels and new/emerging formats (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit) for strategic corporate storytelling

    • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across global and matrixed teams

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with social listening, analytics, or reporting tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch)

    • Experience managing content approval workflows through medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes
