Your job in a nutshell:
- Operate and control lattice boom crawler cranes (350T+) independently and safely.
- Assemble, configure, and dismantle cranes on-site.
- Check planning instructions, lifting plans, certificates, and load charts before work.
- Inspect cranes and auxiliary equipment before, during, and after operations.
- Perform daily and preventive maintenance; report irregularities.
- Complete maintenance checklists and work records accurately.
- Promote SHEQ standards and continuous improvement on every site.
- Report to your Line Manager and collaborate with Team Blue across Europe.

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience as a crane operator, at least 6 years proven experience with 350T+ lattice boom crawler cranes.
- Hoisting / safety certificate is mandatory. A drivers License C or CE is strongly recommended
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics
- Solid knowledge of English to ensure smooth communication on site.
- Certifications: Working at heights certificate is mandatory. Additional certificates (forklift, telehandler, aerial platform) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and situational awareness skills.
- A technical MTS or MBO education is a strong plus!
