 What You'll Do

• Lead the Business Control, Project Control, Business Analysis and Management Reporting functions.
  
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial performance monitoring.
• Provide actionable financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  
• Monitor profitability, margins, working capital and key business performance indicators.
  
• Ensure compliance with Group standards, financial controls and applicable legislation.
  
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities that contribute to stronger business results.
  
• Partner closely with operational stakeholders across the business.
  
• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
  
• Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
