Operation Coordinator: Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily operational activities and project execution. Coordinate crane, transport, and equipment deployment based on project requirements. Support operational planning for heavy lifting and transport projects. Coordinate transportation of equipment and materials to project sites. Monitor mobilization and demobilization activities. Ensure all required permits and documentation are available before execution. Weekly and monthly checklist for equipment’s and documents releated to the equipment. Rotation management for operators, accommodation, and other activities at site for Operators. Collection of time sheet and preparation of invoice support sheet for invoicing.
