The Tool Room Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and organizing all tools, dies, fixtures, and related equipment used in production. This role ensures tooling is in safe, reliable working condition, supports manufacturing efficiency, and minimizes downtime through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. The technician works closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure operational readiness of all tooling assets. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training is a plus. 2–5 years of experience in a tool room, machining, or industrial maintenance environment. Experience with CNC equipment, manual machining, or tool and die repair is a strong plus.
