What you will accomplish together with us:
Organize and facilitate the coordination of maintenance work and the resolution of technical problems
Draft, control, and report timelines and action plans for different kinds of projects
Communicate project progress constantly to the Head of Facility Management and set alerts if necessary
Assist in taking over defined projects in the field of Facility Management
Maintain close contact with internal and external stakeholders, including construction companies and external service companies
Prepare and provide support in setting up RFQ based on given frameworks, facilitating decision-making processes
Coordinate the deployment of resources such as technicians, suppliers, and other contract partners
Conduct research and monitor compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
Administer and coordinate relocations, ensuring a smooth transition
Document all relevant information and processes related to project management and facility coordination
What will convince us:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience in Facility Management, Engineering or related field
2+ years work experience in Facility Management
Project management skills
Good communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
