We're seeking an Application Support professional with 5+ years of experience troubleshooting business-critical applications. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, can diagnose issues through log analysis, and stays calm under pressure while communicating clearly with stakeholders.
Technically, this role requires hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, IIS configuration, RDBMS (MS SQL/Oracle, PostgreSQL preferred), API troubleshooting (Postman or similar), and basic PowerShell scripting.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline is preferred
5+ years of experience in application support
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to analyze logs and identify root causes
Ability to handle critical issues under pressure
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work independently
Technical Skills
Microsoft Windows Server administration
IIS configuration and troubleshooting
Experience analyzing IIS and application logs
