Key Responsibilities

Monitor and report daily HSE KPIs, incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
Identify and address unsafe behaviors and conditions through plant inspections and Gemba walks.
Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and global HSE standards.
Lead safety investigations and implement preventive actions.
Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and external authorities on HSE matters.
Manage HSE budgets, Capex/Opex projects, and external consultants.
Drive safety culture initiatives, training, waste management, and sustainability reporting.
