Job description

Collection of EMCS from demand planner and updating in the import and local file
Managing the Categorized Products – Stock status & availability
To plan, Execute and finalize purchasing with suitable suppliers in the local and international market.
Finding new suppliers with competitive pricing and payment terms
Negotiate with the suppliers in terms of price, quality, and delivery terms.
Handling and monitoring claims and shortages with suppliers
coordinate with the supplier to ensure delivery on time.
Support relevant departments with quotations for their new projects.
Monitoring the stock movement and maintaining stock level as per the target.
To ensure fullest cooperation to assist and support Supply Chain team and perform duties assigned by the Procurement Senior manager
To ensure effective response and adherence to on-going guidelines, procedures, standards, policies, and directives issued by the department head.
