Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical SME to joing our team!
The Technical SME will own the technical governance of the Satellite product ecosystem, with a particular focus on Portal CRM.
The role will ensure:
- Product stability and reliability
- Security and compliance
- Technical consistency across solutions
- Execution of the technical roadmap
- Governance of AI-assisted software engineering practices
Responsibilities
- Lead stabilization and reliability initiatives across the Satellite portfolio.
- Drive security remediation, compliance activities, and technology modernization plans.
- Govern technical architecture and integration patterns.
- Support the future evolution and integration roadmap of Portal CRM.
- Review and validate AI-generated specifications, designs, code, and tests.
- Preserve and share critical technical knowledge to reduce single points of failure.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Java and enterprise software development.
- Experience modernizing and stabilizing business-critical applications.
- Knowledge of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, software quality, and security practices.
- Ability to operate effectively within AI-assisted software development environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
