• Develop and review utility layouts and construction drawings for automated material handling systems.
• Coordinate electrical, compressed air, plumbing, drainage, and other facility utility requirements.
• Interface with customers, general contractors, and subcontractors regarding utility scope and construction activities.
• Support utility installation, inspection, and commissioning activities.
• Verify utility readiness before equipment installation and startup.
• Manage construction schedules, quality, and contractor activities.
• Prepare as-built drawings and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and site standards.
• 5+ years of experience in utility design, facility engineering, or construction management.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, compressed air, HVAC, or related facility systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other engineering design software.
• Ability to develop and review utility drawings and construction documents.
• Experience managing utility installation work at industrial project sites.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in battery, semiconductor, logistics automation, or manufacturing projects.
• Experience with utility capacity planning and site infrastructure design.
• Familiarity with U.S. construction practices and standards.
• Strong communication skills in Korean
