- Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments for major retail customers, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Costco, Amazon, and BJ’s.
- Communicate with customers, carriers, internal transportation teams regarding shipments and delivery schedules.
- Request, confirm, and update delivery appointments through customer portals.
- Monitor shipment status and follow up on late, delayed, refused, or rescheduled deliveries.
- Prepare and review appointment confirmations.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and provide customers with accurate ETAs.
- Resolve delivery issues, appointment conflicts, shortages, damages, and other customer concerns.
- Enter and maintain accurate shipment and customer information in the internal system
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Escalate urgent transportation or customer issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain daily shipment reports, appointment schedules, and tracking spreadsheets.
- Follow up with carriers to ensure appointments are met and deliveries are completed.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and transportation partners.
- Support the logistics team with daily operational tasks.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3– 6 years of experience in logistics, transportation and customer services preferred
- Experience scheduling delivery appointments preferred
- Familiarity with retail customer portals such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Amazon, Sam’s Club, or BJ’s
- Experience working with carriers, customers, and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
