The Director of After sales is responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial management of the Service and Parts divisions within the REBO and B+S Group.
The goal of the position is the sustainable expansion of the aftersales business as a key driver of the company’s earnings, customer loyalty, and growth.
The role combines operational excellence with strategic business development and ensures that the service and spare parts businesses are aligned to be customer-focused, profitable, scalable, and future-proof.
The Director of Aftersales develops a performance-oriented organization with clear standards, a strong customer focus, and sales, service, and growth strategies that are coordinated both regionally and nationally.
Job Description
· Developing and implementing the group-wide aftersales strategy for REBO and B+S
· Defining a long-term growth strategy for:
· Service business
· Spare parts business
· Maintenance contracts
· Precision Farming Services
· Connectivity and digital service solutions
· Full-service and fleet concepts
· Developing new business models in after-sales
· Establishing a data- and KPI-based management model
· Responsibility for revenue, earnings, productivity, and customer satisfaction across the entire after-sales division
· Development and implementation of regional and national market and territory strategies
· Analysis of market, competitive, and customer trends to identify business opportunities early on
· Supporting the corporate strategy through market-oriented after-sales initiatives
· Helping shape the after-sales strategy within the IPSO and Monnoyeur Group
