We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, accurate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment bookkeeper to join our team and support our day-to-day financial operations.
What You’ll Own
• Run full-cycle bookkeeping and keep the books balanced and up to date.
• Process vendor, customer, and intercompany transactions, including invoicing, payments,
and reconciliations.
• Work daily in NetSuite, plus tools like Mesh, Dokka, Expensify etc., for payments and expense workflows.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, AR, AP, payroll, and fixed assets on a rolling basis.
• Drive the monthly close (accruals, prepaid expenses, amortization, cutoffs) through to a full balance sheet and P&L.
• Handle statutory filings, including VAT reporting, and other tax and regulatory submissions.
• Support the annual audit, including preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
What We’re Looking For
• Hands-on NetSuite experience - required.
• Full-cycle bookkeeping experience - required.
• Background as a bookkeeper in a startup or tech company; comfortable owning the role solo.
• Experience with multiple entities/jurisdictions and tools like Mesh, Expensify, or Dokka - a plus.
• Strong English, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, highly organized and independent.
