Associate – Finance

In this role, you will support day‑to‑day financial operations, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and contribute to timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, precision, and a sound understanding of both Indian and global accounting principles. Accurately enter, verify, and update financial data in ERP systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Review source documents to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to data entry. Prepare and upload accounting templates into ERP systems. Maintain organized records and files in both digital and physical formats.

Generate periodic/ad‑hoc financial reports for management. Conduct regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies. Safeguard confidentiality and security of company financial information. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable and/or general ledger. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting ERP systems Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations and global accounting standards.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
