1. 在国际货代行业担任至少3年以上海运客服经验 ；     At least 3 years of experience in customer service in the international freight forwarding     industry. 2.熟练掌握海运出口领域专业知识，熟悉海运出口SOP;     Proficient in professional knowledge in the field of shipping exports, and familiar with the        shipping export standard operating procedures. 3. 客服服务意识强，具备良好的人际沟通、客户关系管理维护技巧，以及处理突发事件应变能力;      Strong customer service awareness, possessing excellent interpersonal communication,       customer relationship management and maintenance skills, as well as the ability to            handle  emergencies and respond flexibly.

4. 具备良好的英文听说写能力。     Possess good English listening, speaking and writing skills. 1. 性格成熟、自我激励；     High level of self-motivation and maturity  2. 积极投入；    High level of dedication and commitment  3. 沟通技巧娴熟；    Good communication and interpersonal skills  4. 有海运操作经验；    Operational experience in ocean freight is required 5. 英语流利；    Solid English level  6. 具有一定的业务意识；    Ability to think and act commercially  7. 具团队精神，有解决问题、达成目标的能力。    Good spirit of team work and ability to set and achieve goals   Proficient in Microsoft Office  ·Preferably with similar experience in the Ocean / Customer Service industries ·       Basic knowledgeable in NVOCC business will be an added advantage ·      Able to communicate and write in English
