We are seeking a Civil Inspector to ensure the quality and compliance of civil works within the project. You will play a key role in implementing the Quality Management System, overseeing inspections and testing, maintaining quality documentation, and monitoring contractor performance in line with approved project requirements.
In this role, you will:
Monitor and witness inspections and field/laboratory tests, ensuring compliance with requirements and proper documentation.
Evaluate contractors’ QA/QC performance and compliance with the Quality Management System.
Identify quality risks and manage nonconformities, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and traceable quality records, including inspection reports, NCRs, and quality dossiers.
Support effective implementation of quality requirements from material inspection through execution and final acceptance.
Review ITPs, Method Statements, Checklists, and other documentation to ensure compliance with project quality standards.

Hands‑on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast‑moving, and built on learning through doing.
Degree or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in civil inspection and QA/QC within construction projects.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and documentation practices.
Ability to manage nonconformities, corrective actions, and quality records effectively.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
