Why this role matters

As an Junior Accounting Analyst, you will play an important role in  support administrative, financial, and document management activities by ensuring the proper collection, validation, and organization of information required for the accounting, tax, financial, and treasury processes performed by the outsourcing provider. Its primary role will be to act as a liaison between the companies, internal departments, suppliers, the trustee, and the accounting outsourcing provider, ensuring that information is complete, properly supported, and available in a timely manner

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will:

• Manage and maintain physical and digital accounting documentation and filing systems.
• Collect, validate, and organize supporting documents from suppliers, banks, the trustee, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure invoices, statements, and supporting documentation meet requirements before submission to the accounting outsourcing provider.
• Prepare and coordinate information packages for monthly closings, audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance processes.
• Monitor pending documentation, information requests, and observations from BDO, auditors, financial institutions, and other third parties.
• Support treasury activities by tracking invoices, approvals, payment due dates, and disbursement requirements.
• Consolidate and update financial information, including cash flow models, budgets, forecasts, and financial databases.
• Coordinate the collection and delivery of corporate, financial, tax, and compliance documentation required by internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

Experience and qualifications (max 6 short bullets)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Public Accounting).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related areas.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of financial analysis, cash flow management, and financial statements.
• Strong document management, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
• General understanding of IFRS and accounting principles (preferred).
