Why this role matters

You will oversee and coordinate all onsite logistics activities for the solar project, ensuring the efficient movement, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and equipment while supporting project schedules, HSE compliance, and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will:

• Supervise daily site logistics operations and material movements.
• Coordinate material deliveries with procurement, warehouse, construction, and project teams.
• Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of project materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
• Coordinate transportation activities and site fleet movements.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues that may affect project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company procedures, and local regulations.

What you'll bring

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of logistics experience within construction, infrastructure, energy, or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of site logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation management.
• Experience coordinating material deliveries and equipment movement on construction sites.
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
