Front Office Representative

We are  looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Representative. To be the front of house person working the lobby area to really establish the tone of the brand to all guests. Creating a welcoming atmosphere, smell, cleanliness, music and over all experience.

Salary range: $40000 - $50000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative experience in an office setting with working knowledge of accounting procedures is an asset.

• Excellent verbal and written communications;

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines;

• Attention to detail, high class and standard in the way we do business is of utmost importance

• Be professional when meeting all kind of public.

• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio), filing systems management, etc.
