Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales goals for automotive accessories and vehicle customization services while earning a competitive base salary plus commission on sales.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with dealership customers and help them personalize their vehicle to their taste, all with flexible work schedule.
- Learn about the latest product information and market trends to effectively educate customers on available automotive accessories and customization options.
- Assist customers in selecting the best accessories and customizations to meet their needs and enhance their vehicle.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer payments for both accessories and customization services in accordance with dealership policies.
- Coordinate with the dealership's inventory management team to ensure proper inventory levels and restocking of automotive accessories as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchase and dealership experience.
- Attend product training sessions and sales meetings as required by the dealership management, all while having fun and working in a dynamic team environment.
