Automotive Service Coordinator

The Client Care Service Coordinator responds to customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential. Your Responsibilities & Essential Job

Duties:

• Handle incoming calls to the Service Drive: as a liaison answering customer and call center questions, making appointments, taking messages for Service Advisors, inform customers of status of their vehicles.
• Utilize Text2Drive when communicating with customers.
• Assist Service Advisors on follow up calls to customers on the status of their vehicles or notify them when vehicle is or will be ready for pick up.
• Thorough knowledge of products and services offered at Schumacher Auto Group.
• Must work with flexible scheduling including Saturday availability Work with the management team to be informed of any changes in company/manufacturer policies.
• Be an excellent CSI Liaison for the service department for any issues.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Follow all safety and security procedures
