Join SciVida as an Associate Principal and lead strategic consulting engagements for innovative life sciences clients. In this role, you'll manage client relationships, develop and mentor high-performing teams, and play an active role in business development and practice growth.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco office.
- Manage consulting engagements and client relationships
- Guide engagement teams to develop: logical and insightful analyses; innovative and effective recommendations; and well-structured, high-quality deliverables
- Oversee/manage teams to realize (and be accountable for) high levels of client satisfaction
- Train, coach, and mentor staff
- Assist in developing intellectual capital
- Play active role in practice development
- Help identify, pursue, and close business development opportunities
- Demonstrated track record of success in delivering strategy consulting engagements to life sciences companies (required)
- Project management experience at management consulting firm, including experience managing staff/teams (required)
- Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) (highly preferred)
- A strong understanding of dynamics and issues in life sciences (required)
