- A shiny Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field of wizardry, plus 3-5 years of experience juggling HR data like a pro circus performer
- Jedi-level mastery of HR analytics tools, statistical analysis, and data modeling – your skills should be so advanced, even Yoda would be impressed
- Fluency in the languages of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (like Tableau and Power BI) – you should be able to make spreadsheets sing and dashboards dance
