Customer Service Associate - Seasonal

The holidays are a special time at Sea Bags, and we're looking for friendly, helpful people to join our Customer Service team during our busiest season! As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, you'll help customers find the perfect gift, navigate online orders, track shipments, and get the support they need throughout the holiday season and beyond.

This seasonal position runs primarily from November 1 through January 31 to support our peak holiday season, with part-time and full-time hours available. If you enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, and working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!

The Impact You'll Have

• Provide exceptional customer service while responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.

• Help customers with product questions, online shopping, gift purchases, and order-related needs.

• Assist with order changes, shipping questions, tracking, and delivery concerns.

• Support customers with returns, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and promotions.

• Research customer concerns and work toward timely, appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with retail, fulfillment, and other teams to resolve customer issues.

• Use customer service and order-management systems to manage inquiries and document interactions.

• Maintain product and policy knowledge to provide accurate, helpful information.

• Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to manage increased holiday volume and deliver a positive customer experience.

• The ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, especially during the holiday season.
• Availability to work the required seasonal schedule, including peak holiday periods.

What Sets You Apart

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience supporting online orders, e-commerce, or customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms, CRM systems, or order-management software.
• Experience working in a high-volume or seasonal environment.
• An appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
