- 3+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or corporate development
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- MBA or CFA will be considered an asset
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Professional-level English
- Strong computer literacy
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a high-trust, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Lead origination and execution of M&A transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, mergers, carve-outs, and restructurings
- Manage relationships with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, investors, and advisors
- Drive business development and generate deal flow through an existing professional network
- Structure, negotiate, and execute complex private transactions
- Work closely with legal, tax, and technical advisors
- Represent the firm in client meetings, investor discussions, conferences, and industry events
