🔧 What You’ll Do
As a Drain Technician at Seaside, you will:
- Perform drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work on residential service calls
- Operate sewer camera equipment to diagnose main line issues
- Identify repair or replacement opportunities through inspections
- Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners
- Build trust and help customers make informed decisions
- Work closely with dispatch and customer service for smooth execution
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and a well-stocked truck
- Train and mentor apprentices on proper drain and diagnostic work
- Complete accurate documentation, invoices, and option sheets
