You will repair and maintain comfort systems, help homeowners understand their options, and recommend solutions that genuinely fit their needs and budget. What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform thorough system inspections and identify opportunities to improve performance.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• EPA certification.

Work Environment

You will work at residential job sites, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces. The role involves climbing ladders, navigating uneven surfaces, moving equipment and materials up to 50 pounds, safely operating tools and company vehicles, and communicating effectively with customers and teammates.
